Active, ambitious and always striving for improvement. Coaching, counseling, working on new developments, listening. Our youngest participant  is 45 years old, our oldest is almost 70.

The prime purpose of the Senior Competence Platform is creating business opportunities for each other.  Each participant will treat the other participants as “preferred supplier” when there is business to be done.

EsCePe has meetings where participants introduce themselves, talk about the way they do business,  discuss business issues and talk about new challenges which ask for new ways of thinking. We are currently working on a forum to enable discussions between participants .
